I am pleased to have contributed to the 40th book published by the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL).
The International Music Business Navigator for Lawyers and ArtistsThe book brings together 35 contributions by 51 authors, written for both sides of the table: the lawyers who advise and the artists who have to decide.
My contribution, “The Artist’s Real Persona: Name, Image, Likeness, Performance and Personal Data,” explores the protection of artists’ identities and the legal challenges posed by AI-generated deepfakes, digital doubles and voice cloning.
The publication marks the IAEL’s 50th anniversary and will be presented at the IAEL Annual Meeting in Amsterdam from 21–23 October.
